Sir Afiq is super hardworking when it comes to making sure we understand the lesson well. Each of the lectures will be started with a sharing session of our reading materials. That session was one of the things that I always look up to as I would always learn new facts through that lesson. He knows what to do in order for the students to have the love for reading and I can say he did it. Most of us used to hate reading too much stuff which kinda takes a toll on us and with reading being taught to us, we changed our perceptions from having to hate reading to making it a side activity that we do in leisure time.

Reading requires you to comprehend your readings better to make sure you are alert and know what is actually the writer talking about in each paragraph. You will gain a lot more new skills in becoming a great educator in the future. The subject teaches you to read the words between the lines to ensure that you are on the same understanding as what the writer is trying to convey through the words. Jotting down notes is crucial to find the main idea, determine the topics, and even when you want to apply dictionary skills.

Experiences
ODL can never be easy for any lectures. This includes reading as well because physical classes may increase your focus and determination in learning. Reading can be boring especially when our lecture happens in the evening. However, having Sir Afiq as our reading lecturer makes us think twice about leaving the important lessons behind.
